The RICS Condition Report is the most basic form of survey approved by the RICS.
The report will identify the form of construction and will comment on the general condition of the property identifying any obvious issues that would need to be addressed by either the vendor or purchaser prior to completion of the sale and will highlight any potential repairs or concerns.
An RICS Condition Report is most appropriate for:
- Those wanting only a brief overview of the general condition of the property.
- More suited to newer homes.
- Suited to homes that have not been altered or extended.
