The RICS Building Survey is the most detailed report we provide to residential clients. The report comprises a full detailed inspection of the exterior and interior elements of the property.
We will identify the form of construction and identify any defects present and provide suggested repairs along with cost estimates for the suggested repairs.
The RICS Building Survey is submitted as an RICS approved and licensed document which incorporates the RICS Home Survey traffic light system to assist you identifying where defects or concerns may exist.
All of our Residential Surveys are carried out by qualified Chartered Building Surveyors.
An RICS Building Survey is most appropriate for:
Large properties or properties that may have been extended or undergone structural alterations.
Properties that are considered to be of “Non Traditional Construction”.
Please feel free to contact a member of the team if you have any questions about which survey is the most appropriate.
If you would like a quote for a survey, please complete the contact sheet at the bottom of the page and we will call you back.
