Condition Survey, Liverpool

At the request of the owners of the property, Peacock Stevens were commissioned to carry out a detailed Building Condition Survey of the Internal and External elements of their existing industrial premises.

Sitting on a 4.8 Acre Site which include access roads, car parks and hardstandings, with buildings extending to 120,000sqft, we were tasked with reporting on the general condition of the buildings and identifying where repairs are required. Due to the size and complexity of the premises, we called on the use of drones to enable us to inspect the roof coverings in order to provide a detailed condition report for our client..
