Peacock Stevens were appointed by Stobart Properties Ltd. to provide Employers Agent services in connection with the redevelopment and refurbishment of a small shopping parade.
After carrying out a Technical Due Diligence Survey of the site we have been retained to provide Employers Agent Services. The scheme involved the demolition of single storey retail units to the front of the site, extending the car park and undertaking an internal and external a strip out of the premises before carrying out a complete refurbishment.
