Peacock Stevens were appointed by Leto Ltd. to undertake a survey to identify planned preventative maintenance (PPM) needs over a 5 year period to a retail premises on Whitefriargate, Hull.

After undertaking the PPM survey and report we have been retained to provide design and contract administration services for the works identified in our report. The project involved repairs to existing flat roofs, parapet walls and roof top plant rooms to prevent further water ingress into the building.
