15-19 Greenhill Crescent

Greenhill crescent is an industrial premises located in Watford.  The building suffered significant issues with water ingress from failed coverings and detailing to roof lights.  Peacock Stevens were brought in to Contract Administer a design and build scheme on behalf of the client.

Works duration was complicated during the project due to an insurance incident that occurred causing flooding internally.  Peacock Stevens were tasked with bringing the works back on track and managed to keep delays to a minimum by appointing a specialised drying out consultant and working closely with the interior finishing team.
