We provide Expert Witness Reports on matters such as quality of materials and / or workmanship relating to construction projects either for ongoing or completed projects or for wider areas of dispute relating to property and construction matters such as boundary disputes.
The format of the Report produced will be governed by the Courts Civil Procedure Rules and any Practice Directions. The Report will provide opinion as to the evidence submitted, assist in establishing relevant facts, identify issues which will require decisions by the Court and explore areas where agreement may be possible.
