Appointed as part of the wider design team, Peacock Stevens were instructed to carry out a detailed measured survey of the site including surrounding properties.

Upon completion, we received further instructions to provide a Daylight and Sunlight Analysis to be submitted as part of the planning application.

Our final phase instruction was to deal with all Party Wall issues surrounding the site. This included strategic advice at pre-planning stage, a detailed appraisal and liaison with the design team, followed by the service of 9 No. Notices under various sections of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
