Peacock Stevens was appointed by Liverpool & Chester Property Company Ltd. to inspect the property and undertake and prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations to be served on the tenant at expiration of their lease.
The Terminal Schedule was served along with a Section 18 Valuation. After a period of negotiation, the matter was settled with the landlord recovering substantial damages for breach of covenant.
