Peacock Stevens were appointed to provide Design & Specification, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer services on a project to convert existing retail space into 4 self-contained apartments in the Centre of Grantham, Lincolnshire.

The project has seen 3 one bedroom and 1 two bedroom apartments bringing previously unused space back into use.  The project included remodeling of the internal layout, new mains supplies and mechanical & electrical installations, thermal upgrades to the building fabric and refurbishment to a high specification.
